Dana began her career in real estate in 1990 by establishing her own professional real estate company and then purchasing and managing residential investment income properties in Mendocino County. She also subdivided and developed unimproved rural parcels, interfacing with county representatives at every level. In 2014, she was recruited by a luxury property specialist of the San Francisco office of Compass. Now, Dana's focus is on sales in both San Francisco and her native Belvedere-Tiburon, where she currently resides.

Dana's personal goal is to make sure that each of her clients' individual needs are met and she works hard to get results.  Her most recent buyer transactions include a custom home in Tiburon for $5,850,000 and a luxury condo in San Francisco for $3,800,000.  She was also quoted in the Marin Independent Journal as the listing agent for a home in Novato which sold with multiple offers at $1,710,000, the median price for Marin residential sales in September 2021.
