I was relocating to Marin from Miami Beach and what I had assumed would just be a three-month endeavor turned into quite the foray into the wacky world of California real estate. She made sure all the inspections were done in advance, while she was developing a buzz of excitement about our property that was soon to be on the market. Our property is very unique and beautiful but small and even with its limited size, Dana was able to communicate with buyers that our property was worth the wait and was a very unusual opportunity. She managed to list our house on Monday and two weeks later on Monday, the house was through escrow with a sale price above the listing price. Wow, fast work! Our family had owned the house for 77 years and we had all participated in its care. It was a difficult transition for our family, but Dana made the process easy.
